Day to Day Maintenance
One a day to day bases whether it is remotely or onsite we monitor clients backups to ensure they were successful, we monitor and review server logs to to ensure that no major issue are occurring.
We check clients spam filters. If clients have backup replication we monitor those logs to make sure that a valid copy of the offsite backup is current. And comb thru the server event logs to make sure no critical errors appear and if so we find a solutions for the issue before it becomes a major one. We ensure that all hardware support is current and if up for renewal provider clients with renewal options
