Law Partners has a team of 50+ staff that are spread over 8 offices located throughout NSW and are committed to doing whatever it takes to WIN their clients’ cases.

The Problem

When Law Partners originally started in Sydney their office comprised of a team of 5 to 10 staff. Their network infrastructure was based on a Windows XP peer to peer network and they had minimal IT support. As they were growing rapidly we knew this would become a major problem as Windows XP can only allow a maximum of 10 computers to connect to it.

The Proposed Solution

It was proposed to Law Partners that they purchase an affordable server with Microsoft Windows Small Business Server to store and share out their files, programs and printers. This way, everything would be stored in a central location, rather than on 10 different machines. We also outlined that having Microsoft Windows Small Business Server will allow them to host their own mailboxes, saving them a minimum of $150 per month on email hosting. Microsoft Windows Small Business Server included with it an integrated backup facility, so a backup solution was also proposed to guarantee the protection of critical data.

The Outcome

Our proposal was accepted and implemented in stages over 2 days with minimal downtime or loss of productivity. We now provide ongoing affordable weekly onsite technical support to maintain and keep their systems in healthy state.
