Jericho Espino
Jericho is an IT Consultant who enjoys helping businesses embrace new technology with confidence. With four years of experience in the IT industry, he specialises in project management and the implementation of new technologies, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption to clients.

He's a fan of hearty soul food, proudly chooses Coke over coffee or tea, and still considers his Aqua Blue Nintendo 3DS from 2011 one of his favourite pieces of technology. A fun fact about Jericho is that he can Melbourne Shuffle, Hakken, and Gabber dance, and while he doesn't have traditional pets, he's quick to point out that fish definitely count.

Josh Broomfield
Josh is an L2 IT Support Consultant with seven years of experience providing reliable, practical IT support to businesses. He enjoys the variety that comes with working in IT, where every day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to learn something new.
Josh particularly enjoys helping clients who aren't as confident with technology. He believes that great IT support is about more than just fixing problems; it's about making technology easy to understand and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, Josh enjoys bringing old or broken technology back to life, gaming, and spending quality time with his partner. He's a fan of both coffee and tea, loves a good Sunday roast (especially when it's cooked by his partner), and enjoys travelling to Edinburgh for its rich history, stunning architecture, and unique atmosphere. At home, he's kept company by his two cats. Poppy, a small tabby with plenty of personality, and Ollie, a big ginger cat who is just as lovable as he is large.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys travelling, with Japan being his favourite destination. He's a tea enthusiast, rarely without his trusted Jabra headset, and proudly shares the unique claim of having appeared on Japanese television, not once, not twice, but three times. Ryan is also a devoted cat owner, with his cat Lilly back in Melbourne, and when football season rolls around, you'll find him cheering on the Hawthorn Hawks. He also agrees with Josh that Josh's partner makes an unforgettable Sunday roast.

Sankesh Chetty
As General Manager of absolute IT Consulting, Sankesh is passionate about helping businesses use technology as a strategic advantage rather than simply a support function. With over 20 years of professional experience, including 18 years in the assistive technology sector and the past two years leading business growth at absolute IT Consulting, he brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, business development, and client partnerships.
Sankesh specialises in strategy development and execution, business partnering, sales and marketing, and project management. He works closely with clients to understand their business goals, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and support sustainable growth through smart technology decisions. His current focus is helping organisations prepare for and successfully implement AI solutions that deliver real business value.

When it's game day, you'll usually find him supporting Manchester United or cheering on the Springboks.
